Meadow Lodge Home Care Services follows a rigorous recruitment procedure. This includes thoroughly checking the references and obtaining a full employment history for each new employee and obtaining a full enhanced Criminal Record check. Upon commencement of employment every new member of staff follows a 12 week probation program. During this time their Manager will undertake assessment of their suitability in the new role. Timekeeping, absence, conduct, work performance and training needs will be reviewed and discussed at regular intervals. We have a strong , dedicated and growing team and can boast an excellent staff retention record.
